- With Fractional Ownership, you are acquiring a specific share of an aircraft.
- Many Fractional Ownership programs require a 2 – 5 year contract. There are no contracts with Air Trek.
- You are always able to choose any size aircraft in our expanding fleet, from a Piston twin to a Super-Mid-Size (Coming Soon!).
- Ongoing Management Fees typically average from $50 – 150K per year. These fees must be paid whether you utilize the aircraft or not. There are no management fees with Air Trek.
- With the “UP” Membership Program restructuring post-Bankruptcy, Initiation Fees have been significantly reduced. However, a significant deposit is required.
- Air Trek charges per trip and does not publish hourly rates. Competition charges “occupied hours” at a rate that assumes Empty Legs. Air Trek will increase effort to market Empty Leg sales to keep your costs down.
